On the day, be fully present. I’ll photograph with a calm, attentive presence, capturing candid moments and intentional details. You’ll receive previews, followed by your full gallery within the timeframe in your collection.

Remarks

Booking retainer

A 50% booking retainer is required to secure your date and is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be scheduled in accordance with your collection.

Full gallery delivery time frame

Your full gallery will be delivered 4 weeks after the shoot.

Meals & local transport

For coverage booked during meal times, a hot meal for the photographer is kindly provided by the client. Any required on-the-day local transport (e.g., taxis/parking) is also covered by the client.

Early arrivals & travel outside UK mainland

For bookings that require an early arrival (with travel starting before 6:00am) on the wedding day, or travel to locations outside the UK mainland, an additional accommodation fee may apply.

Hand-editing & retouching

All images are hand-edited in the Affogato signature style (colour, light, and tone). Editing is applied at the photographer’s discretion to maintain a consistent and authentic look. Standard editing does not include detailed skin or body retouching. Fine retouching for skin and body refinements is available for an additional fee upon request. Further revision requests are not included.
