Share your preferred date, location idea, and the feeling you’d like your session to hold. I’ll confirm availability and send the Investment Guide with curated session options. Choose the collection that fits your pace, then we’ll secure your date.
02. CONSULTATION
Now comes the lovely part—bringing everything together. We’ll chat through the atmosphere, locations, and styling, including outfit guidance so everything feels cohesive and effortless. I’ll be there to support the process, so you feel prepared and completely at ease when the day arrives.
03. THE SESSION & DELIVERY
On the day, simply be present with each other. I’ll capture candid moments and gentle portraits as they unfold. Your full gallery will be delivered at the 4-week mark after the session.

Remarks
- Booking retainer
A 50% booking retainer is required to secure your session and is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be scheduled in accordance with your collection.
- Full gallery delivery time frame
Your full gallery will be delivered at the 4-week mark after the session.
- Meals & local transport
For sessions booked during meal times, a hot meal for the photographer is kindly provided by the client. Any required on-the-day local transport (e.g., taxis/parking) is also covered by the client.
- Early arrivals & travel outside UK mainland
For bookings that require an early arrival (travel starting before 6:00am), or travel outside the UK mainland, an additional accommodation fee may apply.
- Hand-editing & retouching
All images are hand-edited in the Affogato signature style (colour, light, and tone). Your curated collection (40+/60+/80+) includes fine retouching where needed, such as natural skin refinements and subtle body adjustments. The full story gallery upgrade is delivered with basic colour and light edits; fine retouching is not included and is available for an additional fee upon request. Further revision requests are not included.
